My name is Michael McGuinness. I am a clinical hypnotherapist and a weight loss coach. I run a weight loss blog. The goal of this of this blog is to provide you with all relevant tools, strategies, products and information to do with weight management. As you read through different articles and blog posts you will discover WHY you have failed in the past (if that is your story) and HOW you can succeed. I have over 20 years experience as a weight loss coach. When I started in weight management I was a perplexed as to why so many people failed with traditional slimming methods. This led me to research the factors common to overweight people who successfully maintained their weight loss long-term so that this could be replicated in a weight loss programme. This research resulted in a unique in-clinic coaching programme that has transformed the lives of so many people down the years.
