Book Description HTML

For twenty thousand years, Dune has had its power monopoly. With the House Harkonnen's bid for the spice trade, House Corrion’s thirst for a lost throne and the Bene Gesserit's genetic meddling, the Atreides Empire seems more like a house of cards. Can one man keep history from repeating itself?

one of my favorite books. Frank Herbert created very interesting sci-fi universe with the mankind, depending on spice (drug), with men, trained like computers and computer AI forbindden, with The Epreror, who lived for almost 5 000 years leading mankind to survival
