Background

It is possible to control the VST Mixer via MIDI. The procedures involved are described in the Getting into the Details manual while this document contains details on the supported MIDI Control devices. Currently, the following devices are supported:

CM Automation Motor Mix, see page 4.
JL Cooper CS-10, see page 5.
JL Cooper MCS-3000, see page 6.
• Roland MCR8, see page 7.
Roland U-8, see page 7.
• Tascam US-428, see page 8.
Yamaha 01V, see page 10.

If you have another type of MIDI control device, you may be able to use it as a Generic Remote Device (see page 12).

P Support for other control devices may have been added after this was written. Information regarding these devices will in that case be provided in additional Read Me files, included on your Cubase CD.
