A Long Strange Road
Book Description HTML | Report this book
This book will remind Baby Boomers what it was about some of the events and the atmosphere of the 60s and 70s in the United States. This is the story of my life from birth through the first 33 years. The story includes growing up in South Central Los Angeles as a minority white person in an African-American and Hispanic neighborhood. The story tells of my college experience as a student broadcaster, my service in the Army, my life as a hippie "doper" after leaving the Army, and the effects of using a good amount of psychedelic drugs. Some of the book is intentionally fictional to add color to the story.
