In this book, 25 Ways to Lose 25 Pounds, David provides proven methods to improve your health and shed your pounds in the process. There's no shortcut methods provided, just an honest collection of the most effective ways to drop pounds fast.
Whilst in general the book has some good information and I liked it. It is however very repetitive and could have been written in a third to half the pages. I also don't agree with some of the information like the amount of fruit in the eating plan. It's not good for the teeth because of the acidity in fruit so should be taken in moderation. Also, all wheat, legume type produce should be left out of the diet.
Completely empty book. The author does not give any information, but vague platitudes such as "there are countless recipes", and "your body need good nutrients" but without actually giving those. I found zero recipe in this book, except maybe to eat 6x a day. No surprise he couldn't find titles for his "ways" and had to number them. Waste of time.
A book about acid reflux, its complications and management, fully researched and approved by consultant gastroenterologists but presented in layman's language...
