Overall the book makes some valueable advise. However, it is shallow in many ways and does not consider the finer aspects of quality customer building. The advise centers on numbers rather than education standard of reader, which whilst is fine for some e-books is not for others. If advise like this (free or otherwise) is play a role in the expansion of e-book acceptability on a mass basis then the whole gambut of the market segmentation should be aired. Barrie Ornzitt.
