When the current Uniparty head honcho was still running for office, Trump told “Time Magazine’ that he wanted to deport 15 million people; and this was the primary reason the American people supported him. True then, true now. However, he is on track to deport less than a million in four years. He said he was open to using the military to do it. He has used various military forces as well as drastically increasing the ICE and Border Patrol budgets, however he has deported fewer people than every recent President except comatose Biden, despite having a ‘yuger’ target population.
Without any fanfare Reagan deported 8,092,746; Bush I 4,928,471; Clinton 10,870,905; Dubya 12,039,724; Obama 5,000,000; Trump I 2,500,000; and Sleepy Joe 600,000. At the end of April, this big talking Trump administration including Homan and his continued empty threats said it had deported more than 139,000 migrants.
Why are we not impressed? Despite all the bullchip in the news every day, at this pace Trump II, even if we play that we believe the numbers put out by not disinterested parties, will have deported fewer illegals in four years than everyone other than Sleepy Joe, who had no idea what was going on with third-
