Why do they do this? It’s not really a matter of ideology, though if called upon that’s what they will invariably state. It’s a matter of the government opening more opportunities for graft for them and their cronies. The secondary, perhaps accidental, effect is that the White people pay with their money and property to support darkies who will not work to pay for anything, while insisting that they are equals.
