When are People Finally Going to Say “Enough!” to a Justice System That Lets Maniacs Go?
Unless you’ve been under a rock for the last week, chances are you’ve seen the now viral video of a moulinyan man repeatedly, more than 50 times, beating a disabled 60 year old woman named Laurell Reynolds; apparently with her own cane, as she futilely attempted to dodge and deflect the vicious blows with her bare hands.
Those of us who saw the harrowing footage likely considered some version of the following question as we looked on in horror; “My goodness, when is he going to stop?!”
That question is a strange one in the sense that it wrongfully accepts that the victim’s fate is in the hands of the sort of person who mercilessly beats unarmed women with blunt objects.
The reality, of course, is stopping people like that. It is up to us; the good, Christian, and honorable among us; preferably through the institutions we have erected to respond to and prevent these sorts of crimes which the Soros (Schwartz), jew funded law makers and prosecutors have effectively legalized.
You think not. Consider these facts. The sanctuary libtard states have all lowered the seriousness of virtually all crimes crime from a felony to a misdemeanor status. At the same time their legislators have waived any bail requirement from those charged with misdemeanor offenses, no matter how many priors, and have ruled out any incarceration for misdemeanor offenses, no matter how many priors, thereby encouraging more through the removal of any penalty. Sure, some crimes still carry felony status, but the Schwartz purchased DA’s downgrade any such oversights to a misdemeanor. And the beat goes on; no jail and uncontrolled crime, much of it violent.
That’s what makes this case a perfect metaphor for the much deeper problem with how we do criminal justice here in the Empire State.
Here’s what I mean. On Wednesday, the NYPD made an arrest in this case. The alleged perpetrator, it turns out, to the surprise of absolutely no one who has paid attention to crime in New York, is a repeat offender with at least nine prior arrests for offenses ranging from drug possession and trespass to assault and resisting arrest.
In other words, this is a man who has inflicted multiple blows on society through repeated criminal conduct; and yet it seems as though all that those in charge of making criminal justice policy, ranging from moulinyan Mayor Eric Adams to fat ass moulinyan Alvin Bragg, Manhattan DA, are prepared to do is wonder quietly, “When is he going to stop?” Wake up and smell the coffee, jerkasses.
But stopping him and those like him is their job, whether they know it or not!
At what point does our criminal justice system say “Enough”? How many catches and releases is one entitled to? Blake allegedly struck Reynolds over 50 times.
These are questions more and more New Yorkers are going to be asking themselves as they are confronted with more and more stories of terrible and heinous crimes committed by people who’ve had multiple run ins with the law.
One thing New Yorkers ought to be keeping an eye out for as this case makes its way through the system is what happens to the man charged with the assault.
Will he be released pretrial? After all, New York state judges cannot legally consider dangerousness when making pretrial release decisions.
Will he be convicted? A better question, in fact, is will he even be charged? If so, how much, if any, time will he be sentenced to serve in prison for a misdemeanor? I already answered that one. Zip.
No, this isn’t a murder case, but that woman could have easily been killed.
How much should her attacker benefit from her good health and/or luck?
The unfortunate reality is this; rarely will heinous crimes be committed by individuals with no criminal history.
The fact of the matter is that whether we’re talking about shoplifting or homicide, crime is driven disproportionately by repeat offenders who’ve made their commitment to violating the law, or their inability to comply with it for reasons of faked severe mental illness, and it is quite clear how that has quickly become standard operating procedure and tactic in Biden’s White Replacement policies.
Sure, if left alone, they may eventually desist; but who wants to wait until they drop dead?
When are people finally going to say “enough!” to the “justice”
system that lets maniacs go?
Blake had at least nine prior arrests for charges including assault, while what he may have done as a “teenager” has been sealed, in the interest of no one.
Who wants to tell women like Laurell Reynolds that they just have to cover up a while longer; that it’ll be over soon; we hope?
It’s time we remember that since the official democrat authorities are doing nothing but making encouraging excuses for repeat and repeat bums, crime needs to be stopped by an outside force, not waited out with fingers crossed. Criminals understand only one thing; brutal force.
Until we recommit to that principle, expect the blows to keep on coming; again, and again, and again.
Nothing says “democracy” like watching them push some 90 year old stroke patient (Diane Feinstein) into the Capitol building so she can vote like her handlers tell her, a visual metaphor of a morally bankrupt dying empire.
I said; “That’s it. It is no longer merely intellectual. It has become visceral. It has hit the marginally main stream media.
Left unchecked and un-censored they’ll soon be on the portion of the mainstream media that the ADL doesn’t fully control. The fascists!”
Sparky paused a bit before saying; “Ummmm. Which fascists are you referring to?”
“What kind of question is that? Who in hell programmed you? Why the only fascists there are; the right wing ones who for one thing post stories about moulinyan crime, when we educated liberals know damn well that it is just fear mongering in support of White Supremacy, of course.” I made a mental note to bring this up the next time I spoke with Begin. He hired the bots, I didn’t. And it seemed personally unfair that I’d get saddled with at least one which didn’t cut the mustard. On a virtually simultaneous basis, I understood that any such remark
could be interpreted as supportive of an evil, racist meritocracy. I decided to have the other bots help Sparky with his special projects on an uncredited basis.
“Oh, those fascists. Okay. Just wanted to be clear.”
I said; “It has become obvious that you bots have been spending too much time clicking on Amazon’s pay-per-click scam, and it is necessary to spend more of your time convincing those being replaced, that diversity, equity, and inclusion are good for them, and that they are not being replaced, and are demonstrating unwarranted evil racist privilege by saying so.
Pockets of independent resistance are on the rise. If this isn’t stopped toot de suite, we’re liable to become infested with that backward looking, stupid nostalgia.”
Sparky replied; “Yeah, okay. As soon as I can rake in a few more Amazon scam bucks. I’ll have enough in just a few more days.”
I just nodded, and said an innocuous; “You’re on your own,”
looking forward to my continued share of those scam bucks like the US leading first family. Hell, besides, there was no way for me to monitor what Sparky does. Every good idea starts out as precisely that; then it evolves into a business, and virtually overnight degenerates into a racket. I was personally astounded
and scared about how much these bots were acting like we hominids. I continued my news junkie experience alone.
