Option 3 – Use WYSIWYG Software or HTML Editors
W hat You See Is What You Get software allows you to develop web pages and websites without knowing the details of HTML. A good example of this type of software is SiteSpinner from Virtual Mechanics. Another good example is Coffee Cup HTML which gives you the option of using either straight HTML or a WYSIWYG editor.
Pros:
Ï Usually easy to use
Ï No HTML coding skills required (though they will always help)
Cons
Ï Functionality can be limited but not for simple sites
Ï Code generated can be complex and not easy to edit or tweak
