Pages & Posts
WordPress supports two types of content; Pages and Posts. Pages are used moreto hold information that is meant to be on the site for a lengthy period of time. A
post is used more for content that is more dynamic, like news and updates.
The recent version of WordPress allows you to create your Home page as a
“Page”. What this does is allow the look of the home page to look more like a
standard website, rather than the looks of a blog page. This will help give the site more of a corporate look if that is what you want, as opposed to the blog look.
