There are Two Kinds of WordPress Sites, WordPress.com & WordPress .org
The WordPress.com sites are more for fun blogging and they don’t offer all of thefeatures that the .org sites offer. The WordPress.org sites offer every feature and
it is still FREE, however you will need to obtain your own domain name and pay
for hosting. Short of this minimal expense, WordPress.org sites are FREE!
WordPress.com sites do not allow you to include any advertisements of any kind
on the site, and they offer limited customization.
WordPress.org sites requires more technical knowledge than Wordpress.com, but
once you view the FREE WordPress 101 Video Series, you will find your Learning Curve to be shortened dramatically.
