The Event Ended, and the

Invited Guests Left

“Thank you all for coming!”

“We truly enjoyed our time here at the museum and library, didn't we?” Mr. Nortreus addressed the guests again as they began to depart.

The event wrapped up at 1 PM, and the guests started heading home even though it was cold and snow was falling.

“Sure! We did!”

“You're welcome, sir!” some guests responded with smiles as they exited.

“I appreciate your time, Mr. President!” he told the President.

“This is wonderful! What do you say, huh?” He remarked to the President, who oversaw the guests.

“Indeed! Mr. Nortreus, this is fantastic!” the President replied.

“Didn't we have a good time with the guests?” He asked.

“Absolutely, sir!” the President replied.

“Next time, we will ensure the event is longer,” he suggested.

“What do you think?” He inquired. “Of course! Why not?” the President agreed.

As they conversed, they were making their way out of the building.

It appeared that the association had arranged several buses to transport the guests.

“Take care, everyone!”

“I look forward to our next meeting soon,” he said to the guests while standing in front of the building as the buses departed.

“Thank you!”

“Have a great day!” They responded, waving hands at him as he stood outside. “Welcome, everyone!”

“You are welcome!”

“Goodbye!” He said, waving hands at them as well.

But, the band members, along with the girls and their parents, were all inside when he escorted the guests to the buses for their departure.

“Fantastic! Mission accomplished!”

“Everything seems to be going as planned.”

“It's nearly 2 PM now, and I can't wait to head to the park and then home,” he said as he entered to join the rest of the attendees waiting for him.

“Alright, who am I forgetting?” He inquired as he made his way towards the band members, the girls, and their parents inside.
