Meeting with the Board
Members
“I hope your day has begun positively.”
“Good morning to all!” Mr. Nortreus addressed his board members in the meeting room.
“Good morning, Mr. Nortreus.”
“The day has indeed started well, and how about you?” They responded while sitting at a large conference table.
“Great! Thank you!” He replied.
“Now, can we discuss the guests?” Mrs. Medjina inquired.
“Certainly! What do you think brings us to the meeting room this morning?” He replied.
“Could someone remind us of the guests' arrival time?” He asked the team.
“What time is it?” One staff said.
“Oh, it's nearly 8 AM,” Mrs. Medjina responded.
“According to an email we received, the guests are expected to arrive at 8 this morning,” one staff member informed Mr. Nortreus.
“Since it's almost 8, are we prepared to welcome them?”
“Are all the arrangements finalized?” He asked.
“Yes, sir.”
“We have everything under control!” some staff members answered.
“Alright, may God bless us for the remainder of the day.”
“I'm heading to my office desk; please inform me when they arrive, alright?” He told them that he was getting ready to leave the meeting room.
“Who?” Another staff member asked.
“The guests, understood?” He replied.
“Happy Saturday!” He instructed the staff there.
“Sure, we will notify you when the guests arrive.”
“Have a blessed day?”
“Thank you!” They responded.
Following that discussion, he departed for his office.
“So, should we remain here or move like Mr. Nortreus?” Mrs. Medjina asked the other staff after Mr. Nortreus left.
“I believe the meeting has concluded.”
“Isn't that correct?” one staff member replied with a smile.
“I suppose so,” Mrs. Medjina said.
“Alright, see you guys around!” another staff member responded and stood up to leave.
Subsequently, everyone exited the private meeting room to resume their work.
“Everyone, go back to work and be cautious!” Mrs. Medjina instructed them. “Done!” They replied as they left the room to resume their work.
