Mr. Nortreus Left Office for
Lunch
It was precisely 12 pm when Mr. Nortreus was spotted leaving his office to head downstairs to the cafeteria for lunch.
“Good afternoon!” He greeted some employees he encountered.
“Have you seen Mrs. Medjina?” He inquired.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Nortreus!” They responded.
“She's downstairs conducting an inspection,” they informed him.
“Is there anything else we can do to assist you with?" They asked.
“No, thank you,” he replied.
“There's nothing that I need now. I'm just going for lunch,” he explained. “Alright, sir!” They replied.
“Help yourself!” They added.
“Thanks!” He replied.
“You all take it easy, alright? ” He also told them before departing.
After this brief exchange with the employees, he proceeded to the cafeteria. Mr. Nortreus Told Staff About His Tales
Upon his arrival, he indeed spotted Mrs. Medjina along with other staff members seated at tables enjoying their lunch.
Although he was in a hurry and tried to pass by unnoticed, Mrs. Medjina saw him and called out, “Mr. Nortreus! I can see you!” She exclaimed as soon as she caught sight of him.
He then approached her and the others.
“Good afternoon, everyone!” he greeted.
“How's the lunch?” He asked.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Nortreus!” They replied.
“The lunch is great!” They added.
“Have you completed the tales you were working on?” She asked him.
“Oh! He's writing a tale!” one of the staff members with her remarked.
“What are your tales based on, Mr. Nortreus?” another staff member inquired.
“Yes! The tales I am writing are inspired by God's Image, you know, God—our Creator—according to the Bible,” he responded.
“So good?” They replied.
“Yes! Indeed!” He affirmed.
“I just need to ensure and confirm that this perspective is accurate,” he added.
“Oh, I would love to hear more! Why don't you join us for a seat?” Mrs. Medjina suggested.
“I can't, as I have some tasks to finish today.”
“You all can enjoy your lunch and then return to work and do well.”
“I'm just going to grab my lunch and head back to my office to complete the rest of my work,” he replied.
“Alright, fine! Thanks for stopping by!” The staff members with Mrs. Medjina said. “You're welcome!”
“See you all later!” He responded.
