Mr. Nortreus Got Off at Bus
Stop to Head Home
By the time the bus reached the stop where Mr. Nortreus was disembarking to head home, it was already early evening.
A drizzle had begun, though the rain was not heavy yet.
“Thank you for the ride!” Mr. Nortreus expressed the bus driver's concern.
“You are welcome, sir!” The bus driver responded.
After stepping off the bus for a brief walk home, the bus had already departed.
He continued walking despite the little rain, accompanied by flashes of lightning and the rumble of thunder in the Sky.
“Do I enjoy the rain?” He pondered. “Absolutely!” He remarked about the rain as he strolled with his portable briefcase in hand.
“But why?” He mused.
“Well, rain in the evening and late at night brings a pleasant sensation,” he added.
