Benny’s Introduction Benny the cat is a hero. He rescues those who are in danger and those who simply need assistance. He is a smart, short-tempered, alert, and brave cat. He is a gray tabby cat with green eyes. He is medium-sized.

Benny resides in the city of Locktown. Benny resides in a small apartment by himself. Benny is a superhero during the day and a part-time math tutor during the evening hours.

He wears a teal bow tie when he isn’t wearing his superhero bow tie. When he wears his superhero bow tie, he gains superhero powers!

Geo, River, and Buttons (Poem) I’m Geo,

Who is full of charm

I bring joy with every step

I am a cat,

Who is a caring friend

Name’s River

I’m a cat

Power and energy I must attain

I must fend for myself, so that I won’t need anyone’s grain

It's a power that I must always maintain I’m Buttons the cat

I’m as kind as it gets

I’m a strong cat

It’s important to stay calm

In this unkind world, where life's not fair

Geo’s Game Show

Geo is a dark gray tabby cat with green eyes. He is nice, thankful, funny, and smart. He wears a dark blue tie. He is the host of the game show.

The game show appears on television. It takes place in Locktown. There are hundreds of individuals in the audience. The contestants are around three individuals, and they must complete a few challenges to win a big prize.

The contestants are Benny, Darkwave, and Blossom.

Darkwave is a dark brown tabby cat with dark brown eyes. He is wearing a new outfit. He wears a purple fedora hat and a purple plaid tie. He is sarcastic, mean, funny, and nice (sometimes).

Blossom is a small black cat with bright green eyes. She wears a pink glittery bow tie. She is nice and smart.

The contestants are standing in three different colored spots. Darkwave is in the orange spot, Benny is in the blue spot, and Blossom is in the green spot.

The show starts, and Geo begins introducing the contestants to the audience. The cameras are filming, and the studio is bright with colorful lights. Geo is excited.

Geo: Hello, everyone! My name is Geo! Welcome to today’s game show! I’m the host! I welcome you all to three new contestants! Benny!

Benny smiles and waves hello to the audience.

Geo: Darkwave!

Darkwave: That’s me!

Geo: …and Blossom!

Blossom smiled.

The audience cheered. Benny, Darkwave, and Blossom are listening carefully.

Geo: The contestant who scores the most points wins an awesome mystery prize! Each challenge is worth 5 points.

Good luck! You’re gonna need it.

Benny nervously chuckled.

The First Round

Geo: The first challenge is to spin the wheel of dare! It’s worth 5 points. Whatever dare you land on is what you have to do! Darkwave, you’re up first!

Darkwave: I can do this!

Darkwave spins the wheel of dare. Let’s see what he lands on!

Geo: Aww, sweet! Literally. Darkwave gets to eat mystery pancakes!

Darkwave: Yeah! Easiest challenge yet!

One of the staff members gives Darkwave the pancakes to eat! He couldn’t wait to eat his pancakes! Darkwave began his challenge.

Geo: Darkwave must finish the pancake before the buzzer rings! So, how does it taste?

Darkwave: Good so far.

He continued to eat the pancakes.

Geo: Wait for it. (Laughs).

Geo winked at the audience.

Darkwave: What’s so funny?

Geo: How sweet is that pancake?

Darkwave: Sugary, with a hint of—(gags) His face turned green, and his eyes widened. Darkwave vomited. Benny and Blossom had a worried look on their faces.

His pancakes had an extra ingredient in them! Fish and sardines! As a result, the buzzer rang, and Darkwave was unable to finish his pancakes.

Darkwave: Fish and sardines?! Disgusting!

He continued to gag!

Benny: No wonder they call them mystery pancakes!

(Laughs).

Geo: Here’s a bucket to puke in!

Darkwave grabbed the bucket that Geo gave him.

Darkwave upchucked once again!

Geo: That’s zero points for Darkwave! Okay! Benny, you’re up next!

Benny spins the wheel of dare. It lands on to give Darkwave a compliment. Benny is shocked.

Benny: Uh, what? Are you kidding me? Eh, it’s only one compliment.

Geo laughed.

Darkwave: Awesome! This one’s all about me!

Geo: Okay, Benny. Pour your heart out!

Darkwave: Wait! I’ve written a note that clarifies my awesomeness. So, can Benny read my paper out loud?

Darkwave had a sarcastic smile on his face. Benny had a frustrated look.

Geo: Sure? Why not?

Darkwave hands Benny the paper. Benny begins to read the one-page compliment paper from Darkwave.

Benny: (Speaks in a monotone voice). Darkwave, you are the best.

Darkwave: Go on…a little louder, please.

Benny: You are cool and brilliant. Your name brightens my day. You are also better than me.

Benny was frustrated and grunted when he read the last sentence.

Darkwave: That’s it! Thank you, Benny!

Geo: That’s five points for Benny! You’re next, Blossom!

It’s Blossom’s turn to spin the wheel of dare.

Geo: Blossom, you must eat a jalapeño pepper in less than three seconds.

Blossom: Don’t worry, I can handle that!

She is given a small jalapeño pepper and eats it. The spice kicks in, and her face turns red. The spiciness of the pepper was too much for her to handle.

Darkwave laughs and points at Blossom as she continues to yell due to the pain of the spicy food.

Benny: Darkwave! How could you laugh at her?!

Darkwave: Unlike you, I actually find this funny!

Blossom: Water! Milk! Anything!

Geo offers her a cool cup of water to drink. She drinks it and feels better now.

Geo: Okay! Blossom now has five points, Benny has a total of five points, and Darkwave still has nothing! Time for the second round! Your turn, Darkwave!

The Second Round

Darkwave: What?! These ding-dongs have five points each, and I got none?! Oh! Watch me! I’m winnin’ this time!

Darkwave spins the wheel again, hoping to actually get a point this time. When spinning the wheel, Darkwave was impatient and ambitious.

Geo: Okay! Darkwave? What are your three awesome opinions?

Darkwave: Alright. I don’t like coffee, I don’t like fake friendships and relationships, and I don’t care what anyone thinks of me.

Darkwave shrugged his shoulders and smiled.

Geo: Perfect. Darkwave now has five points, and so do Benny and Blossom. Benny, you’re up next! Good luck!

Benny: Okay! Here goes nothing!

Geo: Oh! (Laughs). Benny must clean my dirty socks with his bare paws.

Benny was surprised.

Benny: What?!

Darkwave laughed. Blossom looked worried for him.

The staff hands Benny the dirty socks to clean, along with soap, water, gloves, and a bucket. Benny gets to cleaning.

Benny took a whiff of the socks, then gagged and fainted.

The socks smelled so gross that Benny could not clean them.

Geo: Uh, Benny? You okay?

The staff helped Benny get up and took the dirty socks away from him.

Benny took several deep breaths and thanked the crew for their help.

Geo: It looks like Benny won’t be getting any points!

Good luck next time! As of now, Darkwave, Benny, and Blossom all have five points each! Blossom, you’re up next!

It’s Blossom’s turn to spin the wheel of dare now.

Blossom: Lift 20 pounds? I’m up for it!

Darkwave: Sure you can do it? (Laughs).

Blossom had a displeased facial expression, and she rolled her eyes at Darkwave.

Geo: Awesome! Blossom must lift 20 pounds of weight for at least three minutes.

Benny: Good luck, Blossom!

The staff brought out the gym equipment. Blossom is given a set of weights to lift. She begins the challenge, but it seems that the weights are too heavy for her to lift.

Blossom is sweating and trying her best. She ultimately lifts the weights, but she is struggling.

Geo: Darkwave? Benny? You get to choose to help Blossom or add more pounds to her workout!

Darkwave: Hmmm. Let me see…I think we should add five more pounds of weight!

Benny: What?! Are you kidding me?!

Darkwave: What? It’s the game!

The staff adds five more pounds of weight.

Blossom: So heavy!

Benny: Stay strong, Blossom!

Darkwave: Ha, literally.

Geo: Benny?

Benny: I am going to help Blossom! It’s the right thing to do!

Benny helped Blossom lift over 25 pounds of weight.

Benny uses his super-strength to help her.

Darkwave: Hey! Benny’s using his super-strength powers to help Blossom! Uh, Geo?!

Geo: It’s okay!

Darkwave: What?!

The timer stops, and Blossom wins!

Blossom: Thanks, Benny!

Benny: No problem! That’s what heroes are for!

Geo: Well done, Blossom! That’s five points each for Benny and Darkwave, and ten points for Blossom! Looks like Blossom is in the lead! Who will win the prize? It’s the third and final round of the game! Darkwave, your turn!

The Final Round

It’s Darkwave’s turn to spin the wheel.

Geo: Woah! This is a good one! Darkwave must answer all of my questions in the nicest way possible!

Darkwave: What?! No way! I’m not doing it.

Geo: If you give up, you’re out of the game!

Darkwave: Fine! Question me.

Geo cleared his throat and began to read the questions written on the cards.

Geo: Darkwave! Compliment my tie?

Darkwave: It’s nice.

Geo: Will it rain today?

Darkwave: I don’t know! Do I look like the weatherman to you?!

Geo: Hmmm. Can you cook me some pasta?

Darkwave: Do I look like a chef to you?!

Geo: Last one! Why did you resort to villainy?

Darkwave: Can we skip this question?

Benny: No, why would we? I kind of want to know.

Darkwave: Fine, if you insist. I have been treated unfairly and was bullied. But one day, I said enough was enough.

So, from that day forward, I became heartless.

Geo: Thanks. I guess I can give you some points. That’s ten points each for Darkwave and Blossom, and five points for Benny! Benny, you‘re up!

It’s Benny’s turn to win!

Geo: Benny, you must guess my other two professions correctly!

Benny: Okay. I think I remember this one. Hmmm. You are a voice actor and a world geography teacher?

Geo: Correct! Each contestant has ten points! Who will win?! Blossom, you’re next!

Geo has three job professions. He is a game show host, a voice actor, and a geography teacher.

Benny: Good luck, Blossom!

Blossom: Thanks, Benny.

The final round concludes with Blossom’s turn. She spins the wheel of dare.

Geo: Blossom must eat cold ice cream quickly in less than a minute. It’s the ultimate win, Blossom.

Benny: If she wins, I’ll be so happy for her!

Darkwave scoffed.

Blossom: I’ll do it!

The staff give Blossom a bowl of cold vanilla ice cream and a spoon. The staff consists of three cats. Blossom begins to eat the ice cream quickly.

Benny: Come on, Blossom! You can do it!

Darkwave: Geo? What happens if she doesn’t win? What happens during a tiebreaker?

Geo: What’s with the negativity? Good question, though.

We will have a tiebreaker challenge if it ever comes to that.

Blossom is halfway done with her ice cream. Her mouth and teeth are cold, but she continues to finish the dare as the timer counts down. Blossom is finally done with her ice cream.

Blossom: Finished! (Exhales ice breath).

Geo: …and on time! Good job, Blossom! You won!

Blossom earned 15 points!

The audience cheered along with Blossom, Benny, Geo, and Darkwave.

Darkwave: So, what’s the prize? Let me guess, a box of cookies? A bag of chips?

Geo: No, bubblehead! Let me explain!

Geo: Blossom, as the winner of today’s game show, you won a luxury mansion! Congratulations!

Darkwave: What?!

Benny and Darkwave were shocked. Blossom was excited!

Blossom: Yes!

Geo shows the audience and everyone pictures of Blossom’s new mansion that she won. It’s big, clean, new, and beautiful.

Darkwave: I would have loved to win that!

Benny: Me too! Congratulations, Blossom!

Darkwave: I’m so proud of you, kid!

Geo: Thanks for watching! See you next time on Geo’s Game Show!

The audience applauds and cheers. The stage had confetti, balloons, and colorful lights for the celebration of the winner. Blossom, Geo, Darkwave, Benny, and the staff, Garnet, Aqua, and Silver, all hugged each other.
