PRISONER OF PAIN PRISONER OF PAIN
I arrive at this moment,
With untold pain,
Bringing much sorrow.
Sometimes it's too much,
The pain and anguish,
A deep, dark shadow that fades away.
Sometimes I feel like,
Exiting this beautiful world,
Not knowing if I can hold on.
That hope has faded,
Like a dying rose,
Fighting each and every day.
Many who suffer this plight
Would know what it's like,
I’m its prisoner of pain.
