CONCLUDING REMARKS

What matters in meditation is your experience, not what you know about meditation. Deep experience will change your life. What brings this about is the change in how you see yourself, and what you really know about yourself.

To know yourself means that you have to examine within yourself, and see just who you are. To know this, look to what is always there within yourself.

Who you are is is always there, what was there all along, what was there in your oldest memory and is still there at this very moment.

Investigate within yourself. Experience what is always. Let go of, dismiss anything that comes and goes. If it is temporary, it is not who you are.

Here you find the deepest peace, the peace that is always there.

So meditate. Calm your mind, investigate deeply within yourself, and what is always there will reveal itself.
