Betty Ann Scott was a dancer at the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera whose career was constantly hammered by injuries. She was frequently in the hospital recuperating. She was born to Ernest and Inez Scott in 1929. Although she mostly did stage productions, she was a dancer in films like An American in Paris (1951), Singin' in the Rain (1952), and Deep in My Heart (1954).
After featured appearances on Inside Beverly Hills, I Love Lucy, and the Colgate Comedy Hour, she married Mr. Taitt, and she hasn't been in the public eye since.
