Hello. I’m a retired Federal Firefighter from Whidbey Island in Washington State, USA. Before that, I was an electronics technician at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, and before that I was in the military and served in Vietnam. Being retired allows me to write full time, and I do extensive research for my adventure stories. I live in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina now, and have a fantastic view from my desk, one end of which is reserved for my writing partner, Cookie, my cat.
