Lazar Sarna Profile

Lazar Sarna is a member of the Quebec Bar in Canada.
He is a
practicing attorney and senior partner of the law firm Sarna
Neudorfer.
He has taught at the McGill University Law Faculty and
currently lectures in Business Administration at the John Molson
School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal.
Mr. Sarna is
the author of numerous legal texts and articles, including
Law of Bankruptcy and Insolvency in Canada; Letters of Credit;
Mergers and Acquisitions; and also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the
journal Corporate Securities and Finance Law Report.
