Indeed the book help me in doing my dissertation paper. The topic on the review of related literature is so detailed though I do not use Harvard style. Here in the Philippines what is being used is the APA style. I learned so much also from the topic on designing questionnaire and g=how to present the findings. Thank you so much Dr. Greener.
