I am currently an academic with Department of Engineering, School of Technology, University of Wolverhampton. I was recently with School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, University of Essex and still collaborate on many projects with Essex.
My research area is on biological signal processing, mainly signals from the brain and heart. I study these signals (such as EEG, PCG and ECG) for several applications: brain-computer interface, biometrics, electrophysiological analysis, cardiovascular disease diagnosis and stress management. I utilise tools such as advanced signal processing and machine learning (such as neural networks and genetic algorithms) in my work.

Innovative Service Design Workbook
By: Song-Kyoo Kim, Kah-Hin Chai, Kay-Chuan Tan, And
This workbook provides a means of systematically defining, formulating, solving, and evaluating service design problems and enables designers to adapt the various TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) applications to their service operations. The main aim of the workbook is to provide a systematic problem solving process. It contains a detailed step-by-step process highlighting the various TR...
Introduction to Digital Signal and System Analysis
By: Weiji Wang
As marching into the digital era, many people in different sectors are quite keen to understand why this has happened. They hope to obtain basic principles about digital signals and associated digital systems. Instead of targeting advanced or expert level, they often hope to grasp the subject as efficient and effective as possible without undertaking impossible task under usually limited time and...
