Oluseye A. Komolafe

Oluseye Komolafe is a Human Resource and Personal Development Consultant. He has a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, a Diploma in Human Resource, Diploma in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching amongst other trainings. He is also an Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He has over 9 years professional working experience where he’s involved in many Human Resource consulting projects with firms across various sectors of the economy. He is currently working with Michael Steven Consulting as a Supervisory Consultant and involved in various Human Resource and Organizational Development projects with clients and a resource person in various learning management and personal development training programmes both at management and non-management levels.. He is conscious of existence, meaning, purpose, potential and destiny of humankind, people, and self. He is motivated by a self-felt, self-accepted calling to the cause of good, growth and gain in the lives of others. Influential communication of ideas is his primary way of achieving these objectives. His perception and thinking tend to be holistic and conceptual; i.e., seeing the big picture. He teaches people better ways of meeting the tasks and challenges of life; and prods them to question and change unrealistic assumptions and beliefs. He also offers encouragement to those who are discouraged. He has a simple delivery style, which everyone can understand so that they are able to apply the principles of his approach in practical ways to meet the challenges of daily life.
