Star is just an ordinary girl who always kept to herself and never talked back to anyone. Only, she is everything but ordinary and she finds out soon enough when people start to attack her for no reason and she knows just how to fight back. She's forced to do what she hates the most but she's convinced that there is no other choice. Years alone transform her into everything she never was, only to be slapped in the face again with the harsh reality, and be forced to admit that she'd been living in white lies without realizing. In a world where turning into an animal and making things levitate with your mind is your everyday, normal life, nothing is out of the table. And the Star - well, she just likes messy.
