While there are grammatical errors, it does give the reader an insight into the true meaning of the metaphors and symbolism described in the bible. Some readers may feel that the author is trying to disprove there is a God, but I like to think that rather than trying to convert the reader to atheism, the book gives a deeper understanding of what it truely means to believe in God - 'to be godly is to do godly deeds'.
