Book Description

Textual Criticism is the study of the original and authentic text of ancient books -- a text that must be reconstructed from badly-copied manuscripts, ancient quotations, and other sources. New Testament Textual Criticism is the attempt to find the exact words of the original New Testament. This book (which is only a partial, preliminary edition) contains articles on some aspects of textual criticism, including information on many New Testament manuscripts. This is now the (more or less) FINAL form, because the file has gotten to be so big that my word processor can't even index it any more. So you can download this and not have to worry about updates.
