Your Work
The edge that you have against the other more established writers is the fact that you actually
have been part of the industry about which you are writing. Many people have now started
realizing that even though you may learn a lot from books and get a lot of knowledge about
the field by completing your Masters, Doctorate or Post Doctorate degree in it, you do not
actually become a real master until you have actually entered the battle and started working
in the field.
Hence, in order to gain the competitive edge against your much more educated opponents,
you should target integrating the different ideas that you might have and the different
scenarios that you have been through with your text.
For example, if you are writing about assessing a business opportunity, it is very important
that you put in what you can find regarding the
theory behind the assessment and include things
that you found useful when you practically
assessed different business ideas. More than the
theory, people would be looking forward to
learn what you have found useful, and try to
incorporate your experience in their study or in
their life.
However, the important part in this section is
that you should know which experience or which incident to tie up with a theory. The theory
