Little Stories is a book of poems and photographs inspired by the Australian Outback. The author writes: “The outback excites me. It makes me
think of the Karoo in South Africa with
its harsh, wild strength.
Every now and then its rich smells, colours
and sounds remind me of my childhood,
parts of which were unimaginably
delightful while others, were simply brutal.
My work reflects how these events and
experiences have moulded me.
I believe that poetry is a combination of
various art forms. Instead of brushes,
paint or clay, words tell my stories in
colour, texture and rhythm."
