Wow. I mean really wow. Its simple and straight to the point. Th script that can relax somene is amazing. I did it to my friend twice and she said she felt completley relaxed. We tried it a third time and missed off the ending where it allows you to wake up, and she slept peacefully all night. It explains how everything works, and why it is useful. So glad i got it.
