Divine Reflectionsin Living Things reminds us all of the beauty and spirituality that exists inevery living thing. Author Eva Peck reflects on the conception, pregnancy andbirth of human beings. Her description of the miracle that is the creation oflife is both profound and inspiring. Peck also reflects upon the life of cats, pigeons, frogs, butterflies, penguins, date palm, pond flowers, and cherrytomatoes. From these living beings Peck draws parallels and insights tospirituality. This is a thought-provoking, mind opening and inspiringappreciation of life. I highly recommend it!

I have been encouraged by the comments that some readers made about my book Divine Reflections in Living Things. This is a composite review based on the comments of other readers:Eva Peck’s insights about the Divine in everyday life are joyful, thought-provoking and comforting at once. It's a magical experience to look at the world around you and see God in it.This book is so beautifully written and flows so gently. It encourages readers to be watchful for the divine realities exhibited by all living things. My mind was opened to see what God has created all around us and how His reflection shows up in everything we see.A beautiful book to inspire the soul and remind me we are all a wonderful piece in God's puzzle and have a part in the plan of life. It will rejuvenate your very being and remind you to take a moment out of your day to enjoy the creatures around us in nature and absorb the beauty and wonder that is all around. It is utterly fascinating work to read, and Peck references scripture where appropriate and spirituality that transcends what church you attend.

This comment was made directly to the author by a reader: I really liked these reflections and feel like universal truths come through and the words spoken are honest. I especially like the part about "lessons from desert cats". It is so sweet and delicate to think about animals in that way.
