Just because it says diabetic recipes doesn't mean this person has a clue about bing a diabetic or what one should eat.Chocolate Cheesecake-1 cup plus 2tablespoons of sugar. No sugar added does not mean sugar free. Please think before you eat. Four grms of sugar is one teaspoon. Milk has four grams per serving. There is no diet icecream. Unless its not made with milk. Again, PLEASE read whats in the ingredients. Check the amount per serving and check servings per container. Do the math especially if you are insulin dependent.do not subtitute food for sugar. Too much sugar is bad nomatter what form it comes in. It is only "good" or "bad" after it gets into the cells. While it is floating in your blood streem it is doing damage to your eyes, blood vessels, skin, kidneys ect. Go online and do some research. Please read the lables. REad the amount per serving and servings per container. Do the math. Don't read a recipe and say this is a diabtic recipe its ok no,no,no-not even once.
