Well Ruth, it's interesting that your rhetoric is contrary to what you're saying you dislike. If something is "natural" as in hasn't been pharmaceutically created in a lab isolating different chemical compounds, then you calling it an "alternative drug" is accurate but not in the derogatory sense you're trying to make it. Natural whole food supplements are indeed "alternative drugs!' There is no magic cure for obesity or disease. Of course it will involve eating different foods, doing different things. To say that the foods aren't available where you live is a little naive and ironic. I mean you found this book via the internet, so you can find all that is recommended in it via the internet as well. I am more than happy to give my book a dislike in order to type this response so others aren't confused by your negativity.

Nothing NATURAL here, just pills and potions - making lots of money for the sellers of "health" foods. I live in a place where you can't buy that stuff anyway. Vitamins only available in fresh food, not in pills. 'without drugs or diets' - ? You've got to be kidding! This book is one long diet of 'alternative' drugs.
