This will be the second time I have read this book. The first time was when my company transferred me to West Virginia in the early 90's. we have traveled most of the areas talked about in this book making it more interesting. I enjoyed the second reading equally as well as the first time.
This is the second book I've read on this site, and I'm wondering if this is a pattern--I keep coming across typos, as if the books are not really ready for publication yet and ended up here by mistake. In this book, which is quite interesting, and based on historical fact, which I find appealing, I keep discovering these mistakes every few pages, for example, "dike" for "like", "nasal" for "naval" and the first word of Ch. 3, I believe, is supposed to be "Many", not "Any", which doesn't make sense. Perhaps you need to hire someone to proof your books before you post them? I'm a former journalist in need of employment...I'd be happy to help!
