Author Bio: Rachel Humphrey - D'aigle, fantasy author, was born in Malden, Massachusetts, in July, 1973, but left three months later after surviving The Great Chelsea Fire. She spent the following years living a nomadic lifestyle as the daughter of migrant workers whose family joined a religious cult. Today she resides in Utah, is a full time RV'r wannabe, a sugar fiend, thrift store junky, noted naysayer, gypsy jazzer, band wife, and mama to any number of adopted furry beasties. I LOVE this series. It's original and keeps you enthralled in the lives of the characters...even the fringe ones. I've just finished book 5...can't wait for book 6! :-)
This introduction to the Fated Saga Series was fast paced and kept my interest. I couldn't put it down after I got into it. I plan on continuing the series at my first convenience.
I have read book one to five all from this site!!And I must say even though it is written plainly so that kids can understand, the effort that went into describing the scenes and characters made me feel as if I was watching the scenes unfold. I'm hoping for a sixth book soon?
I think this series is comparable to Harry Potter. I liked it so much that I'm giving it to my daughter to read. We read the Potter series together...
I am anxiously awaiting the next book in this series.
This book was very easy to read and the scenes described beautifully without loosing the believability of the tale. Leaving the last page hanging in suspense. I'm off to buy book two now.
