Haven't finished reading it yet. However, please do note that the difference between "there" and "their" ! It would greatly enhance the credibility of the author and the content if simple grammar could be checked prior to making the book available. As far as the initial insights are concerned - they are sound although not exactly new. LIKES this bookI look forward to finishing it.
