Long Yun Siang, or Long as he is popularly known - went through a period of disillusionment after failing to gain entry into the super competitive local universities more than 21 years ago. Ok, he was a tad lazy. But it was a lesson he learned hard and fast. "A slap and a kick" from a good-hearted cousin then woke him and he found himself graduating with distinction from University of Kentucky, USA. After making a few Dean Lists and 2 merit scholarships later he headed home to Malaysia. He runs http://www.career-success-for-newbies.com with his wife Dorena as their way of paying it forward. Their website, based on their real life experience - provides tips, tools and advise for newbies pursuing career success. Drop by their site for a visit.
