Far too repetitive, especially with 'filler words'. You guys are both professionals, you should know what you are talking about. Though I do give a bit more credit to Chris (the interviewee), because those those have to be some of the, for lack of a better word, DUMBEST questions I have ever heard (related to fitness).However, it does have some pretty useful information at times. You just have to wade through all of the "teenage girl" discourse markers, the ridiculous questions, and the annoying "Interview" layout of this 'book'.
