What you're basically saying in this book is to go to elance and find some poor soul in another country to work for slave wages. It's books like yours that are horrible for the American economy, and for hard-working people like myself. DISLIKES this bookIf you hired out your ebook formatting and cover to an elancer for 5 dollars, no wonder why it's so incredibly NOT GOOD.
