better than expected, many salad recipes, not all high fat high meat, had many vegetable recipes, dessert recipes in addition to the chicken, beef, seafood etc, some soups- I love soups. Great collection, good salad dressings also- again many with mayo and sour cream but also included dijon vinaigrette and others . LIKES this bookWhat did you think of this book?
