Jason Sturner was born in Harvey, Illinois, and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to poetry he writes flash fiction, short stories and nature essays. He resides in Geneva, Illinois, and works as a botanist.

Sturner captures the simplistic honesty of love. He combines intelligent metaphors with down-to-earth writing. His style is heartfelt and has integrity.

i like the way the writer express the mystery of love and the complex feelings it generates in heart with the simplicity of his words.Could You Stay the Night, Forever?is my favorite one.
