HOW MUCH ARE YOUR BOOKS?

All our books can be downloaded FREE of charge. Like your local library, all we ask is that you first register an account with us, which is also free (but unlike your library you get to keep the books).

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD A BOOK?

To download a book you need to:

1) Register for an account here
2) login here
3) select the appropriate category from the left vertical menu (or browse by author)
4) once you see a book you like, please click on the book's title

In most cases, clicking on a book's title will open up a NEW window that presents you with 2 choices:

a) To download the book as a PDF document
b) To download the book as a MobiPocket document (.PRC)

Simply select the format you’d like (if unsure what format you need, see next answer).

WHAT FORMATS DO YOU OFFER AND WHAT SHOULD I USE?

The majority of our books are offered in your choice of either PDF or MobiPocket (.PRC) formats

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

1A) If you don’t remember your password please first reset it here

1B) once you’ve obtained your password, please login here

2) Once logged in, go to ‘Settings’ (orange button in the top right of your screen)

3) You’ll see a space that allows you to change your password – input your new password there and click submit.

Note: please make sure you have the Mobipocket Reader installed on your device to read Mobipocket books. It’s free and can be obtained here

CAN I READ YOUR BOOKS ON MY AMAZON KINDLE?

The majority of our books are offered in your choice of PDF or Mobipocket formats. To check which format a book comes in, please see the information in red brackets besides the book’s title. To read books on your Kindle, you must select the Mobipocket format and make sure you have the free Mobipocket Reader installed.

WHY CAN’T I OPEN .PDF BOOKS?

Please make sure you have a functional copy of Adobe PDF Reader (or similar program) installed on the device you are trying to open the book with. Adobe Reader can be downloaded for FREE here if you need it.

WHY CAN’T I OPEN MOBIPOCKET (.PRC) BOOKS?

Please make sure you have the appropriate version of the Mobipocket reader installed on the device you are using to open the books. Mobipocket reader is free and available here. Remember there are different versions of the Mobipocket Reader for different devices so please select the appropriate one. For more help with MobiPocket, please see their forums here

IF I CAN’T FIND THE EBOOK I WANT, CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME?

We need to wait until the author/owner of ebook submits it to us. If you know or want to contact the author suggesting they submit to us, that is appreciated.

CAN I SHARE, SELL OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTE BOOKS FOUND HERE?

The books on our site are free for PERSONAL use. When submitting books to us, authors retain their copyrights. In most cases, authors will be happy if you spread the word of their book with others. HOWEVER, you should never sell or use books found here in any commercial purpose without first obtaining the consent from the book’s author(s).

WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR EBOOK SUBMISSIONS?

Several mains reasons:

1) To avoid spam. Free submission lead to more spam being submitted then we can handle
2) Our dedicated editors spend a lot of time reviewing each submission to make sure they meet our standards and submissions charges are used to compensate them,
3) To better market your book. We want to expose your books to as many readers as possible, and submission charges help us to further market the site, providing us all with more traffic .

HOW CAN I TELL HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE READ MY BOOK?

Next to each book’s description, you will find a gray box on the right. Inside of this box you can see the “Downloads” which lets you how many times a book’s been accessed.

CAN I GET A BOOK COVER WHEN I SUBMIT MY BOOK?

Only those that choose the “Homepage Feature” marketing package may get a cover at this stage.
